Lori is an American former English teacher, editor, and general computer geek, living in northern California. In her various jobs, she’s had experience as a hiring manager and has been appalled at just how bad the majority of CVs and resumes are. When this is the document you are using to represent yourself, you want it to be the best representation possible! When she befriended her business partner, Nicholas Wale, who was unemployed at the time, and realized the dire straits the youth of the UK and America are facing right now, this service was born.

Nick secured a new job within 3 weeks thanks to a Standout CV! He had been unemployed for over a month and had sent out 500 of the Job Centre CVs with literally no call-backs up to that point. After he sent out 200 Standout CVs, within the week, he received 15 phone calls and had 7 interviews. He is now employed full-time as a junior accoutant in Leicester and is the man on the ground in England to promote this service to the UK market.
